What To Do When An Attorney Removes Themselves From A Case?

What is the client to do when an attorney withdraws their services from the case? How long do they have to find a replacement?
It is a civil case where custody is involved. Plaintiff’s Attorney removed themselves stating it caused her (the attorney) a financial hardship because their client wanted to deal directly with the defendent (child’s father) instead of going through her.

What is the use of having an attorney if the person is trying to do it themselves. It has said only a fool represents themselves (in legal proceedings). Either let the lawyer deal with it or deal with it out of court. If you are willing to let the lawyer deal with it then get another one and do so.
If the two agree to try to work it out together (without lawyers – an agreement between two parents that love their child) then do so….it will make the life of the child easier than going through this…if this can’t be done then the lawyer and legal action maybe the route to take.
Same answer. Find a new one, or do it yourself. If you aren’t going to listen to the lawyer, then why bother with one in the 1st place?
As for time… completely up to the judge. 1 hour, 1 day, 1 month, or let’s keep going right now.
Get another attorney.
The move is deductible. The test is that your new residence must be at least 50 miles closer to your new job than the old residence was to that same job. You qualify with several hundred miles to spare.

So with such block imposed & if any material coming from this account is being printed or captioned from this account; it shows that she is going around that block in some way. Normally Court Appointed Attorney has more to do with ones inability to afford legal counsel. If the new husband is well off or even has a middle class income they would no longer qualify for free legal counsel.
Keep in mind the old saying… A person representing themselves in court has a fool for an attorney!
