once the water lines and any other pipes that would hinder lifting the heater are disconnected [ t&p or gas] and the water is drained,they arent that heavy,,but 2 people should lift it because they are awkward,and might still have a little water left in it..also if it is electric be sure to turn off power before draining it,,,dont assume breakers in panel are marked correctly….an altenative to doing all of this is to make your own pan using the floor as the bottom and pieces of wood, flashing,or whatever is practical for your situation ,to create a barrier all the way around the heater,then drill a hole in the floor ,but only if directly under heater is where you wanted to discharge the water anyway….then cover the hole [ 1.5" dia approx] with chicken wire or screen to keep bugs from coming up from the crawl space…not sure if thats practical for your situation but would save some work……dan

Actually if you go by the total number of troops trained for combat, Iran is the largest at over 12 million(They have a huge number of para military forces), Vietnam is second, china is third and the US is Eight.
However, if you go by the total number of active troops, the US is second, slightly ahead of India. However, like some one else said, we go for quality over quantity. Infact, even China is trying to cut down the numbers and focus more of training.
