Think you need to use both English and whatever local language is required in PK – Urdu? Although English is the ‘official legal language’ in PK it might be best to use two languages just to be absolutely sure there are no mistakes.
You can probably get further helpful advice from your nearest CAB (Citizens Advice Bureau) – you can find your nearest one at the link below.

I'm skeptical, but I will keep an open mind.
What are some sources of your information? The only person on the list I ever heard of was Vince Foster. How do I know all these other people had any relationship to Clinton or if they even existed?
I have had an uncle, a cousin, a brother in law, two friends and two co-workers all commit suicide. Another uncle and my wife's cousin both died under mysterious circumstances. Four school mates and another cousin died in auto accidents, and my brother's girl friend was murdered back in the 1970s. My sister in law's parents died in an airplane crash. The guy who helped me move had one brother murdered and another who died in an accident. An ex-girlfriend of mine had her husband murdered and her son died in a car wreck. Does that mean I had them all killed?

There are all different kinds of powers of attorney…What do you need it for? Healthcare? To conduct business? They can pretty much be made to say what you want them to…
My guess is you have to file for legal seperation or divorce before the pre-nup goes into effect. His name on the utilities will have to changed immediately and he probably won't be paying them.
With your power of attorney for property, she can oversee the things that are in your name only like possibly the car. If you have given him approval to live in the house and now want him out it may take the police to enforce this.
Have your sister consult an attorney for you, he or she will be able to get the forms together that are needed to set this all in motion.
Good luck and I hope your future choices turn out better.
