INSTANT SUCCESS ATTORNEY
I went to school when it was still District 24…so there…
About two weeks ago, a neighbor, Camille Palmeri, noticed that the north wall of the brick structure had been broken through, leaving a gaping hole roughly 10 feet square exposing the entire interior to the elements. Burbano told the city the wall fell down on its own.
She just needs to sign a statement revoking the power of attorney and/or appointing a new person with power of attorney and make sure a notarized copy is delivered to the former person with power of attorney. Of course, since he still has the old paperwork, you would need to contact any financial institutions where her information is held to let them know of the change.

It is not the district, per se. It is the relationship that you have with the individuals that service your son. Get on good terms with the teachers, aides, and other service providers. Good luck on your move! Enjoy these new opportunities.

“Did you know Paulo Freire was a school district superintendent? His ideas are as thought provoking as ever. …
In other words, educators, parents, and community members need to create schools together that are centers of community renaissance and resistance. We need to educate children to have the skills, dispositions, and civic courage to challenge the status quo, to connect with parents and their communities to fight for a more just and sustainable world. Freire spoke of creating the “popular public school” as “a school with another ‘face,’ one that is more joyful, harmonious, and democratic.” Can you imagine your superintendent outlining goals like that?”
BORING!
What is the use of having an attorney if the person is trying to do it themselves. It has said only a fool represents themselves (in legal proceedings). Either let the lawyer deal with it or deal with it out of court. If you are willing to let the lawyer deal with it then get another one and do so.
If the two agree to try to work it out together (without lawyers – an agreement between two parents that love their child) then do so….it will make the life of the child easier than going through this…if this can't be done then the lawyer and legal action maybe the route to take.
