this disgusts me, they always use the security breach routine to explain thier actions when stealing someones rights,i dont know or care what this gangbanger did but not one of us should have to worry about bailiffs stealing our freedoms,if this was n.c. he would be fired hopefully,and the defendant would walk,my question to the officer if your watching is what were u thinking? and then try to cover your ass by saying he was a security breech? he was shackled what was he gonna do paper cut u?

This is preposterous! There is no doubt of what happened here. The State clearly violated the attorney client relationship here. That deputy needs to be fired and sanctions against the Sheriff’s department.

The convicts here — all doing time for offenses such as drug possession or petty theft — were let go under a provision that forces local officials to retroactively recalculate how they shorten sentences for good behavior and other credits. Local law enforcement and court officials reviewed the files of 1,600 inmates, including those in county jails, to determine who should get out early, said Lisa Rodriguez, a deputy district attorney. Please explain what you mean by this, I fail to see how the burden of proof makes rationality completely subjective.

are you talking about two separate colleges? each college or university is responsible for their own accreditation. if the campus you are thinking about going to is on the verge of losing their accreditation, i suggest you move around because you'll be wasting your time. you might have to take your courses again if the campus was closed down and you have to transfer to another school. g'luck!

You need to find a real 'electrician' supply house…not Home Repo or Wallyworld…and ask for EXTERIOR grade wrap insulation. If ANY of the wires got chewed down to the metal, don't mess with it-call your electrician or A/C man and have the wires REPLACED…exposed wires WILL eventually contact water and arc and short.
IF the wires are NOT chewed down, I'd wrap them firmly with exterior black electricians tape, THEN add the exterior grade insulation. Then move the dog run somewhere else in the yard!
If you are allowed to then you can just buy a thin scrap of ply 6" should do, just pull in some nails into it and leave Just about half centimeter space from ground for the doors movement.If that's not what you can manage doing…then you can buy some sponge and paste it covering the open bottom horizontally…or simply throw in a old rug or a thick jeans to cover that patch up.
