How to find a good attorney specializing in age discrimination?

I am being dismissed from my company. I think their reason is a combination of being female and being 50 years old. Any suggestions of how to find a really good attorney, are appreciated. An attorney that will give it to me straight. If I don’t have a case that is okay, I am not trying to make something from nothing but I think what is happening to me deserves consultation. Thank you
